ci prenderemo cura di organizzare ritiro presso la vs. sede o abitazione e procederemo al rimborso in pochi giorni.

Quando prepari il pacco per il reso, rimuovi tutte le etichette precedenti.

Ricorda di fare sempre una foto all’etichetta che attacchi sul tuo reso o scriviti il codice di tracciabilità e conservalo fino a che il rimborso non sarà avvenuto.

Ricorda inoltre di conservare la fattura che trovi all’interno del pacco.
